4K-5 Grades

Phelps Elementary serves students in 4K through 5th grade, with 4K programming offered three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday). We are dedicated to student success through an all-inclusive approach to learning.

Our ELA and Math curriculum uses a leveled approach, placing students in sections that match their current learning needs while providing appropriate challenges that promote continuous growth. Our staff works hard to make learning engaging and enjoyable, while fostering a growth mindset that supports every student’s potential.
