Get Ready for 4K!

Whether you're new to the school system or a seasoned veteran with several school-age children, there's a lot to know about 4K. Meet Ms. Franzen, Phelps 4K Teacher

My name is Ms. Franzen.  I have been teaching in Phelps School District for 25 plus years.  I love and enjoy working with children.  My favorite part of teaching is challenging children to think and problem-solve.  I make learning fun, exciting, and applicable to real life.  I foster growth, and kids too become independent learners.  I LOVE TEACHING!
